2026. My day looks different. I’m navigating the complexities of four companies across PropTech, AI enabled business & industry solutions, and Media.
But here’s the thing no one told me: The “secret” for both is identical…
It’s Storytelling.
Not the flowery, poetic kind. I’m talking about Strategic Storytelling.
It’s the ability to look at a dense AI & ML platform, intricated real estate process, or a 30-minute documentary and find that one sentence that makes a room full of strangers lean in.
I spent 18 years teaching at Bahria University and NUML. I’ve directed 100+ documentaries and produced over 2500+ TV shows. For a long time, I thought those were separate chapters.
I was wrong. None of it was wasted. It was all “infrastructure.”
Today, I build companies the exact same way I used to build broadcasts:
– A clear narrative (What are we actually solving?)
– A defined audience (Who is feeling the pain?)
– An obsession with the “Viewer” (How does the investor or client actually feel when they hear us?)
The bridge between a morning news bulletin and an AI-enabled business solution isn’t code or hardware. It’s the narrative.
